Once the 50% deposit is received, we will schedule a kickoff call to finalize your project requirements and brand guidelines. You will receive a project timeline and access to your project dashboard to track progress.
Do I own the website?
Yes. Upon receipt of the final payment, you retain full ownership of all source code, design assets, and content developed for your project.
How do you handle maintenance?
I offer ongoing maintenance and support services to ensure your site remains secure, updated, and fast. We can discuss a custom maintenance plan tailored to your specific requirements during our consultation.
What payment methods do you accept?
I accept all major credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and direct bank transfers. All invoices are processed through secure, industry-standard billing platforms.
What is your refund/cancellation policy?
The initial deposit is non-refundable as it secures your dedicated time in my schedule. If a project is terminated early, you are only billed for the work completed to date based on the agreed-upon scope.
